On the first day of arriving in Kunming, start from the Yunnan Provincial Museum. The current Yunnan Provincial Museum is the new museum, located directly across from Guandu Ancient Town. It has been featured in the second season of "National Treasures," and many of its collections are worth seeing. After visiting, head to Guandu Ancient Town, which is a historical and cultural town in the urban area of Kunming.

Travel Tips

Today, go to the Haigeng Park around Dianchi Lake. Every year, 30,000 red-billed gulls fly to Kunming, mainly concentrated in the wetland parks around Dianchi Lake. The best feeding time is from 9 am to around 4 pm in the afternoon. In the afternoon, visit Park 1903 to experience the artistic atmosphere.
