Travel Tips

Departing from within the country, arriving in Shanghai in the morning, go to the hotel to check in and leave your luggage, then go to the Chenghuang Temple to taste the various characteristic snacks of Shanghai. Then visit the classical garden of Jiangnan, Yu Garden, in the afternoon. Go to the most famous commercial district of Shanghai to stroll around the department stores and old brand stores, and in the evening, go to the Bund to enjoy the World Architecture Expo and the famous Waibaidu Bridge from "Endless Love".

It is recommended to take the subway or bus for travel within Shanghai, which is convenient, fast, and economical. From Yu Garden to Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, it takes about 20 minutes by subway. Take the Metro Line 10 (heading towards Xinjiangwan Town) from Yu Garden, and get off at Nanjing East Road Station.

From China Art Museum to Tianzifang, it takes about 20 minutes by subway. Board the Metro Line 8 at China Art Museum, transfer to Line 9 at Lu Jia Bang Road Station, and get off at Da Pu Qiao Station (Exit 1). From Tianzifang to Xintiandi, it takes about 20 minutes by subway, take the subway line 13 from Madang Road Station, and get off at Xintiandi Station (Exit 6).
